Sales Executive


Summary:
United Graphics, LLC, a Top 30 volume U.S. Book Manufacturer which has been in business for over 40 years is hiring for an outside salary/commission Sales Executive position which will be focused on bringing new business to the company in addition to maintaining and growing established accounts.
United Graphics, LLC has both web and sheetfed capabilities in addition to a diversified bindery.

Job Duties:
o Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals
o Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities
o Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database
o Pitches clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products
o Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory
o Prospects and cold-calls on businesses and organizations
o Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
o Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone, online video conferences and email
o Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Associates in the related field.
Experience:
3 years of soft cover book sales experience
Knowledge of software/technology sales experience will be a plus
Reference and character certificates from previous employers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prefer a strong CRM (customer management) history
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
