Timson T32 Web Press Operator

United Graphics, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Web Press Operator. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a mechanical ability to effectively perform equipment operation and machine maintenance. Prior experience operating heat-set web presses is required. The operator will be working an eight-hour shift, with a1/2 hour unpaid lunch, and rotating shifts in a 3 shift rotation; some overtime will be required. This is a full time position with a complete benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, holidays, and more.
Job Functions:
Set up and run the machine
Maintain and troubleshoot the machine.
Keep close check of all systems and sub-systems, water supply, chemistry and ink.
Make adjustments to slitters, folders and sheeter.
Complete other-make ready tasks.
Install plates and web paper.
Run the press to check color, register and densities.
Pull samples off the press to ensure high quality during printing and after adjustments have been made.
Use experienced judgment to prevent downtime and minimize over consumption.
Continuous review of job ticket specifications to meet both customer and productivity commitments.
Operate equipment in a safe manner including adhering to established standard procedures and current company safety guidelines.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
